1. Product description
In recent years, with the continuous increase of learning pressure, the frequency and time of using desk lamps have been increasing. Desk lamps also have a very important impact on human eyesight while providing sufficient light. According to relevant research reports, the proportion of people with myopia in my country is very high, and most people have little awareness of vision protection. At the same time, with the continuous development of intelligent technology, people's requirements for the intelligence of objects are getting higher and higher. According to the actual needs, a multi-functional intelligent eye protection desk lamp is designed. The desk lamp achieves the eye protection function by detecting the distance, time and light intensity, and can perform voice recognition. Voice control and voice prompts improve the convenience and safety of the desk lamp. The degree of intelligence.
2. System design
The system design block diagram is shown in Figure 1 below. The system detects the use time, distance, and ambient light intensity through the clock module, distance measurement module, and light intensity module. The main control module processes the monitored data, outputs the system status to the display module, controls the adjustment module to change the light intensity according to the data processing result, and gives voice prompts to the user through the voice recording and playback module. The system is powered by the power module, and the voice control of the desk lamp is realized through the voice recognition chip, making the system intelligent.
3. Hardware design
Design the hardware modules of the system according to the system design block diagram. First, the system uses STM32F103VET6 as the main controller, drives the detection chip to obtain detection data, processes the monitoring data, and then outputs control signals and status signals.
The system detection module uses the DS1320 chip as the clock timing chip, which is used to record the use time of the desk lamp, and outputs a voice prompt signal after the desk lamp is used for 2 hours. The ultrasonic module is used to detect the distance between the user and the desk lamp, and the eye protection distance is set between 35cm and 45cm. When the use distance is less than or greater than the eye protection distance, the position will be adjusted through voice prompts. The BH1750 sensor is used to detect the light intensity around the desk lamp, and the light intensity of the eye protection in each light intensity interval is adjusted according to the detection value.
OLED is used to display the status information of the detected light intensity, distance, and use time of the desk lamp. Using ISD4004 as the voice recording and playback chip, the chip can record and play the required voice prompt information in segments, including: use timeout reminder, too far or too close indication, current light intensity. The LD3320 non-specific speech recognition chip is used for speech recognition and voice control. Non-specific speech recognition needs to be set in advance. The recognition commands include: turn on the lights, turn off the lights, adjust to the appropriate brightness, increase, and weaken the voice control commands.
The system adjusts the brightness of the desk lamp by driving the MOS tube with PWM wave, and changes the brightness value of the desk lamp according to the change of the PWM value. The PWM value is determined by voice control command and light intensity detection.
4. Software operation process
After building the hardware system, write and run the software process. The running process of the system software is shown in Figure 2: first initialize each device, then detect the distance information, adjust the position according to the voice prompts, perform light intensity detection and adjust to the appropriate light intensity, start counting and calculate the normal use time, and start timing when the use time is reached Voice prompt, end after receiving the closing command.
5. Summary and prospect
The designed intelligent eye protection desk lamp can accurately detect the distance and light intensity and use time. It can clearly play the prompt voice, and at the same time, it can recognize the voice command for state transition, so the designed desk lamp realizes the designed functional requirements of eye protection and intelligence. Due to conditional constraints, the system should be optimized in the direction of miniaturization and simplification. Figure 3 below is the physical picture of the design.
