How to use digital voltmeter and its applicable areas
The multi-function digital display power meter supports various connection methods such as three-phase three-wire, three-phase three-wire (with voltage transformer), three-phase four-wire, three-phase four-wire (with voltage transformer), etc., which can meet the requirements of various power consumption environments. Requirements. I believe that many friends are very interested in how to connect the multi-function digital display meter. Next, Zuichuang Technology has sorted out the wiring methods of the multi-function digital display meter, hoping to be helpful to everyone.
1. The multi-function digital display instrument should ensure that the input voltage and current correspond, the phase sequence is consistent, and the direction is consistent; otherwise, there will be numerical and symbol errors (power and electric energy).
2. The voltage input of the multi-function digital display instrument must not be higher than the rated input voltage of the product (100V or 400V), otherwise Pt should be considered. For ease of maintenance, it is recommended to use a terminal block.
3. The multi-function digital display can work in three-phase four-wire system or three-phase three-wire system mode. The user should choose the corresponding wiring method according to the site usage - generally, the three-phase three-wire connection method is used when there is no center line, and the three-phase four-wire connection method is used when there is a center line. For three-phase three-wire, only two CTs (Phase A and Phase C) can be installed. For three-phase four-wire, three CTs need to be installed. The meter can be set up with two wiring methods. The actual wiring method must be consistent with the meter setting method, otherwise the meter measurement data will be incorrect.
4. Current input of the multi-function digital display instrument: 11, 13, and 15 are the incoming terminals of the current transformer, which also represent the current incoming terminals. Standard rated input current is 5A. If greater than 5a, external CT should be used. If the CT used is wired to other instruments, it should be connected in series. Before removing the current input wiring of the product, the CT primary circuit must be disconnected or the secondary circuit short-circuited. To facilitate maintenance, it is recommended to use a wiring board.
