The belt drive system is mainly composed of three parts, namely the V-shaped drive belt, the main pulley and the slave pulley. The rotation speed of the main pulley is relatively slow, only 3.6m per second, and the rotation speed of the slave pulley is less than 2.5m per second. Regarding the structural design of the pulley, the standard diameter of the main pulley is 71mm, and the diameter of the shaft matching it is 24mm. Therefore, the main pulley uses a solid structure. The diameter of the slave pulley is 100mm, so the web structure is selected.
