Microwave oven controller design and development

1. Microwave oven hardware circuit design


(1) Design ideas: The hardware design uses the microcontroller AT89S52 as the control core, combined with the required peripheral modules, to complete the keyboard data processing, control the magnetron, and the liquid crystal display working status and working time. (4) Keyboard circuit design: The keyboard is an indispensable input device for the microcontroller and a bridge to realize man-machine dialogue. Keyboards can be divided into non-coding keyboards and coding keyboards according to their structural forms. Non-coding keyboards are used in single-chip microcomputers, because non-coding keyboards are simple in structure and low in cost. According to the design tasks and functions of the microwave oven controller, this system has set up four function selection keys.


(5) Sound and light control circuit design: This design uses two control circuits of sound control and light control. The sound control circuit adopts a buzzer control circuit, and the light control circuit adopts a light-emitting diode circuit. The buzzer is an electronic sounder with an integrated structure, powered by DC voltage. When using an LED as an indicating circuit, a current-limiting resistor should be connected in series, and the resistance value of the resistor should be selected according to different operating voltages and the required operating current of the LED.


2. Microwave oven software design


The software design of the circuit is completed through C language programming, and the specific process is shown in Figure 3. After the MCU is powered on, the system initializes, and then waits for the key to be pressed. The four function keys respectively realize the basic functions of thawing, cooking, steaming, and baking. When no key is pressed, all output terminals are at high level.
