In winter, the thermos cup returns to normal temperature over time. In response to this problem, the main research is on the automatic heating and temperature setting design of the thermos cup. Because it is automatic heating, its charging design is also particularly important. In order to consider the convenience and energy saving, the charging module mainly studies the design of wireless charging and solar charging.
1. The overall design of the system
The outer part of the cup of this project is equipped with a solar panel charging device, which can charge its internal battery (ordinary USB socket can also charge it); inside the water cup, a temperature sensor is used to measure the water temperature, and the outer shell of the cup is equipped with an LED display to display The water temperature and the set temperature value are displayed in real time; when people use it, they can set the temperature they need by themselves through the temperature setting button. When the water temperature in the cup drops to the lower limit of the temperature we set, the battery will The heater is powered to make it work, and when the water temperature reaches the temperature setting upper limit, the heater is powered off, so that the water temperature can be controlled within a working temperature range.
2. Hardware system structure
1. Charging module
This design has two charging modes:
(1) Solar charging part
It is mainly composed of four 16V solar panels, so that the sunlight can pass through the solar panels
An internal conversion circuit automatically charges the internal battery.
(2) USB-based charging is used.

2. Temperature control module
This part mainly uses the HT-1 temperature sensor to measure the temperature and transmit the signal to

The temperature value, so that the LED display can display the temperature in real time.

3. Heating module
The heating device in this part is a 12V DC heater, which is controlled by a temperature controller.

3. Main module circuit
(1) First, you need to set the minimum temperature and maximum temperature by yourself. When the water temperature is lower than the minimum temperature, the heating module will start heating, and stop heating if it exceeds the maximum temperature. The wireless charging module mainly uses a transmitting module and a receiving module to charge the internal battery of the thermos cup. The solar charging part is mainly composed of four 16V solar panels, so that the sunlight on the solar panel can automatically charge the internal battery through the internal conversion circuit.
