1. The working principle of the water dispenser solution


Heating principle: The heating system is divided into internal heat and external heat. The internal heating type is to directly act on the water in the hot tank through the stainless steel electric heating tube to heat the water; the external heating type is to heat the outside of the hot tank through the heating coil, and the outside is covered with an insulation layer to reduce heat loss. In contrast, internal heating has high thermal efficiency and low power consumption, but the surface of the heating layer is prone to scaling and is not easy to clean; external heating has a large amount of heat loss and high noise, but has less scaling and less damage to the heating element.


Refrigeration principle: Refrigeration is divided into compressor refrigeration and electronic refrigeration.


(1) Compressor refrigeration: When the compressor refrigerates, it uses the working principle of refrigerant absorption and condensation to release heat for refrigeration, which is divided into two methods: external refrigeration and internal refrigeration. The compressor refrigeration system is mainly composed of 5 main components such as compressor, condenser, filter, capillary tube and evaporator connected by pipelines, and it is a closed system. The system is filled with refrigerant, which is generally R12 (fluorine-containing) or R134a (fluorine-free).


(2) Electronic refrigeration: Electronic refrigeration mainly achieves the purpose of refrigeration through electronic refrigeration chips. The electronic cooling chip is composed of two ceramic substrates with 127 pairs of semiconductor crystal grains in the middle. During work, the ceramic substrate on one side generates heat release and the other side absorbs heat. The heat-absorbing end is connected to the cooling rod in the cold tank to achieve the purpose of cooling; the heat-releasing end is connected to the heat sink, and the heat is taken away by the fan.


Antibacterial principle: Antibacterial agents are mainly realized with a formula that prevents microbial degradation. This formula is an additive that has the biological function of exempting pathogenic microorganisms. The antibacterial agent is composed of positively charged groups, which neutralize the negatively charged bacteria, rupture the bacterial cell wall, overflow the cytoplasm, cause the death of the bacteria, and achieve the purpose of sterilization.


Ozone disinfection principle: Ozone is an unstable gas, soluble in water but not high in solubility, and is a strong oxidant and disinfectant. The photosensitive sensor detects whether it is day or night, so as to determine whether to open the welcome voice; Thousands of boiling water, users do not need to wait, use two solenoid valves to control the cold and hot water outlets; the temperature sensor monitors the water temperature, if the temperature is abnormal, it will automatically cut off the power; the liquid level sensor detects whether the water level is sufficient, if the water level is insufficient, it will automatically Alarm; the obstacle detection module detects whether there is a water cup placed in the water outlet. 3. Water dispenser hardware design


The water dispenser control system is mainly designed with single-chip microcomputer as the core, including CPU, infrared pyroelectric sensor, liquid level sensor, solenoid valve, photosensitive sensor, voice module, temperature sensor and other parts.


1) Human body detection, start the power supply. An infrared pyroelectric sensor is installed on the water dispenser as a human body detection module. When a person approaches the water dispenser, the human body detection module sends a signal to the single-chip microcomputer, and the single-chip microcomputer is connected to the working power. The photosensitive sensor module detects whether it is daytime, if it is daytime, the water dispenser voice module sends a welcome voice, and the working power indicator light is on. If it is night, the voice module will not start, and only the working power indicator light will be on. The voice module starts during the day and turns off at night, and can be adjusted to family mode and business mode. The business mode can be used in public places such as schools, supermarkets, and hotels.


2) Water level detection, start lighting. After the working power is turned on, the liquid level sensor detects whether the water level is sufficient. If the water level is insufficient, the voice module will give an alarm, and the water level alarm light will be on, prompting the user to add water without proceeding to the next step. If the water level meets the requirements, the light at the water outlet will be on, and it will enter the heating process.


3) Water cup detection, start heating. When the user presses the hot water button, the obstacle detection module composed of photosensitive sensors detects whether the water cup is placed in the hot water port. If a water cup is detected, the hot water solenoid valve opens, and the heater heats up immediately to release hot water. If no water cup is detected, the hot water solenoid valve is closed, no water comes out from the hot water outlet, and at the same time, the user is prompted by voice to put the water cup into the water outlet. The temperature sensor detects the instant electric heater in real time to ensure that the temperature is normal. If the temperature is abnormal, it will automatically cut off the power to prevent safety accidents. After the user finishes receiving the hot water, the water cup is removed, and the single-chip microcomputer controls the instant heater and the lighting to turn off. After the person leaves, the human body detection module sends a signal to the single-chip microcomputer to turn off the working power to achieve the purpose of energy saving.


4) Child lock. The water dispenser uses a hot water button and an obstacle detection module to double control the hot water outflow. This design prevents children from putting their hands on the water outlet when playing, but because the hot water button is not pressed at the same time, the water outlet will not release hot water. Prevent children from being scalded by boiling water, and effectively realize the child lock function. At the same time, it also prevents the user from accidentally pressing the hot water button, but since there is no water cup to receive water, the water outlet will not release hot water.

4. Water dispenser software design
