Voice IC, as the name suggests, is an IC that can store and control the playback of decoded voice. We basically use Songhan’s voice IC. Voice generally refers to voice, speaking sounds, etc., and is generally put into the IC in Wav format. Tone and Midi can be converted into Wav through a computer and then put into the voice IC as voice form, but it will take up a lot of space!

Voice Introduction: Midi
The timbre is a wav file, and generally the sampling frequency will be relatively high to achieve good results. Usually, the sampling frequency is 16k~22k, so it will occupy a certain amount of space, and the capacity occupied depends on the amount of timbre. But a MIDI only requires a few timbres. "DualTone.wav" is the effect of Tone, "midi.wav" is the Midi file that has been converted into WAV format and can be played directly with Voice IC. Its multi-channel Midi format file is "Music.mid".
Therefore, the IC capacity occupied by Midi cannot be calculated by the length but by the amount of timbre.
When the customer mentions the sound as music, it is necessary to ask whether it is Midi. If so, the calculation method would be different.
