3.2 Working Principle of Smart Drinking Water Boiler


The tap water is divided into two paths through the tee, one path can provide cold water for use, and the other path enters the water tank through the water inlet electromagnetic water valve. When the water level in the water tank is lower than the preset height, the water inlet electromagnetic water valve opens to add water to the water tank. Because there are two water level sensors in the water tank, which are respectively set at different heights, when the water level of the water tank is lower than the water level sensor at the low level, water is added, and when the water level reaches the water level sensor at the high level, the water inlet electromagnetic water valve is closed and the water supply stops. add water. At the same time, when the water temperature detected by the water tank temperature sensor is lower than the first preset temperature, the heater is energized to work. And when opening the hot water faucet, the outlet hot water valve does not work, that is, there is no hot water to provide. Only when the water temperature detected by the temperature sensor reaches the second preset temperature, the heater is powered off to stop heating, and when the hot water faucet is turned on, the outlet hot water valve can be opened to provide hot water. The top of the water tank is provided with a ventilation pipe, which is designed to facilitate the discharge of water vapor and the outflow of water in the water tank.


It can be seen that, only after the water in the water tank reaches the preset low water level, water is added. In this way, the mixing of hot and cold water is eliminated, and the cold water will not be mixed in when the boiling water is connected, which effectively eliminates "yin and yang water". Since the temperature sensor is installed to detect the water temperature and the heating temperature is set, the "thousand boiling water" caused by repeated heating is effectively eliminated.


4.The hardware design of the single-chip microcomputer control system of the electric water heater


(1) Temperature acquisition circuit: A thermistor with a negative temperature coefficient is connected in series with a 10KΩ resistor to divide the voltage to obtain the sampling voltage. The function of the capacitor is anti-interference and smooth voltage curve to reduce malfunction.


(2) Water level acquisition circuit: due to the conductivity of water, water-sensitive probes are made and placed on different water levels.
