Inventory of the principles of digital display meters

A digital display is an instrument that uses an analog-to-digital converter to display the value of a measured variable in decimal digital form. It can display various parameters together with various sensors and distributors. This digital instrument has the advantages of high precision, complete functions, fast speed, and strong anti-interference ability. It has the advantages of small size, low power consumption, and intuitive reading. The measurement results can be input into the computer in digital form to automate the production process.

Principle of digital display meter:

A digital display is an instrument that uses an analog-to-digital converter to display the value of a measured variable in decimal digital form. Matched with various sensors and distributors to display various parameters. This digital instrument has the advantages of high precision, complete functions, fast speed, and strong anti-interference ability. It has the advantages of small size, low power consumption, and intuitive reading. The measurement results can be input into the computer in digital form to automate the production process.

Precautions:

1. Power on the instrument for 15 minutes before use.

2. Pay attention to prevent vibration and impact. Do not use it in places with excessive dust and harmful gases. Input lines should not be too long. If the input end of the measurement signal is long, try twisted pair shielded cable.

3. If the signal is accompanied by high-frequency interference, please try a low-frequency filter online.

4. If stored for a long time and not used, please power on for no less than 4 hours every three months.

5. For long-term storage, direct light should be avoided and stored at an ambient temperature of -25°C~55°C.

6. If the instrument does not display, first check whether the auxiliary power supply and voltage are on.

7. Within the scope. If the display is abnormal, check whether the input signal is normal and whether the signal terminal is tightened.

8. Unless the Pt has enough power, the Pt signal cannot be used as an auxiliary power supply at the same time to ensure the instrument.

9. Normal operation. The current terminal screws in the CT circuit must be tightened to ensure reliable input/output contacts to avoid malfunctions.

10. When calibrating instruments, the calibration instrument should be better than level 0.1 to ensure calibration accuracy.
